These Terms govern your use of PingFox. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service

PingFox provides AI-assisted tools for generating outreach and business communication based on user-provided input.

2. Eligibility and use

You agree to use the service only in compliance with applicable laws and third-party platform rules (e.g., LinkedIn).

3. User responsibility

You are responsible for all content and data you submit. You must ensure you have the right to use any personal or third-party data provided to PingFox.

4. Acceptable use

No unlawful or abusive use
No spam or unsolicited mass outreach
No violation of third-party platform policies
No attempts to reverse engineer or exploit the service

5. Subscriptions and trials

Subscriptions are billed via Stripe. Free trials convert automatically into paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.

6. Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or billing provider.

Unless required by applicable law, all payments are non-refundable once processed. This includes partial billing periods and any unused usage.

If you cancel during a free trial, no charges will be applied provided cancellation occurs before the trial period ends.

Upon cancellation, access to the service will continue until the end of the current billing period or trial period, after which the subscription will not renew.

We do not provide refunds for failure to use the service, dissatisfaction with generated outputs, or changes in business circumstances.

Notwithstanding the above, we may, at our sole discretion, issue refunds in exceptional cases.

7. No guarantees

PingFox does not guarantee results, reply rates, or business outcomes. All generated content should be reviewed before use.

8. Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the platform or violate these Terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
